Decorating for the Holidays
JAG students helped with getting the Historic Bryant House ready for the holidays. The acronym stands for ‘Jobs for America’s Graduates’ : Empowering Youth for Success. With the warm weather, it was a great opportunity to be outside without the heavy outerwear. The students carried Christmas trees to the appropriate rooms and then set them up. They also put up the outside porch garland, wreaths and decorated the original street lamppost. What a pleasure it was to have the kids show their willingness to help. Hopefully they enjoyed being here and will come back next year. A big thank you to their instructor, Mrs. Jamie Paul for taking class time to bring them to our historical museum.
